We take pride in ensuring the world remains a clean and safe place for generations to come. We provide multi family eviction and tenant cleanout services:

 

  • Ensure all previous resident items are removed.

  • Options to remove all items from property instead of using residential compactors

  • Recycle and/or donate as many items as possible to eliminate items at the local county dump.

Our valets will securely transport waste  from each unit on the service dates and times specific to the property. Valet trash is available in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. 

iV Pickup Area clean-up service provides the luxury of taking care of areas in and and around the property that can be an eye sore to residence or guest. This includes common areas like playgrounds, pools, dumpster area, recycling centers, stairways, walkways and even the wooded areas surrounding the property.
